Every week we will have a lottery. Each member including moderators but discluding admins will pick a number 1-100.
Then on the Monday of each week, around 3 CST, i will use a random number generator to pick the winner.
RULE 1. Once you have chosen your number that's it!
RULE 2. Donors will get an extra Ticket/number.
RULE 3. DO NOT complain to me about being "fixed" this is completely random.
RULE 1. Break 1 rule or 3 and i will not allow you to participate for a month, complain, exclusion forever.
